By engaging in the download or utilization of the app, these conditions automatically become applicable to you. It is essential that you thoroughly peruse them before making use of the application. Prohibitions include unauthorized copying or modification of the app, its components, or our trademarks in anyways. Attempts to extract the app's source code or translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions are strictly prohibited. ECOM365 retains ownership of the app itself, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with it.
ECOM365 is dedicated to ensuring the optimal usefulness and efficiency of the app. Consequently, we reserve the right to modify the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the app or its services if levied will be transparently communicated to you.
The ECOM365 app manages, stores and processes the personal data you provide to deliver our service. It is your responsibility to secure your phone and app access. Therefore, we advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone (the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device), as it may compromise security by making your phone vulnerable to malware / viruses / malicious programs and affect the ECOM365 app's functionality on the whole.

Certain responsibilities lie with the user, such as ensuring an active internet connection for specific app functions. ECOM365 is not liable for reduced app functionality due to a lack of Wi-Fi or data availability for internet.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other thirdparty charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app. So, any charges incurred, including roaming data charges, are the user's responsibility.
ECOM365 cannot be held responsible for the user's app usage or device maintenance, such as keeping the device charged. if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, ECOM365 cannot be held responsible.
With respect to ECOM365’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. ECOM365 accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
The app may undergo updates, it is currently available on Android – the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and it is the user's responsibility to download these updates for continued usage. ECOM365 does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically, and users are advised to review this page for changes time to time.
Important Conditions
- ePASS is limited to 5 ePASS per transaction.
- A bill is required for transactions of Rs. 10,000 and above.
- You need to generate ePASS month on month.
- After ePASS generation, Claiming must be done between the 2nd and 7th of every month.
- If you fail to claim, the amount would be missed
- To claim you need to get a new ePASS on each Month
- To withdraw the amount, you need to update your profile to 100%
- The requested amount to withdraw would be credited within two working days
